Our Sales Rep duties will include a variety of tasks from placing very unique items into inventory and
selling on the sales floor.

* One year in retail sales

**Duties:**
– Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
– Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
– Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance customer experience
– Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
– Stock shelves and ensure the store is organized and well-presented
– Communicate effectively with customers
– Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or calls

**Skills:**
– Proficiency in basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
– Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
– Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
– Knowledge of stock management and replenishment procedures

Job Description
The primary role of the Pawn Broker is to provide exceptional customer service to our customers by
selling and processing pawn and cash box rentals. The Pawn Broker will be responsible for the sales and
collections of all items processed through the Pawn Department. The Pawn Broker will also be
responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for the benefit of the employees and
customers.

Essential Functions:
• Work with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
• Sell and process items purchased through the Pawn Department.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the benefit of the employees and
customers.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact professionally with all levels within the
organization.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a retail sales representative or related role (preferred).
• Must be able to meet stated physical requirements.
